About the event
TRIBE EVENTS presents WOO YORK LIVE in Toronto, December 26 at Motorista Studio.
Boxing Day is going late this year.
For one night, Woo York takes over Motorista Studio for a full hardware live performance, bringing one of the most recognized sounds in melodic techno to Toronto.
The Ukrainian duo has built a worldwide following through releases on Afterlife, Drumcode, Innervisions, Soma, and Dystopian, with a sound that sits somewhere between deep, melodic, hypnotic and heavy. If melodic techno is your thing, you know exactly why seeing Woo York live is different.
And we mean live.
This is not a traditional DJ set. Woo York performs with synthesizers, drum machines, and hardware, building and reshaping their tracks in real time. It’s the kind of set you need to experience in the room, on a proper sound system, surrounded by a crowd that came for the music.
